The advance is part of the price, not an extra charge. For example, iPhone 18 Pro 256GB costs Rs 580,499: you pay Rs 25,000 now and Rs 555,499 on delivery.

Yes. Choose Monthly installments at checkout: pay the same advance, verify your ID with your CNIC, and pay the rest in fixed monthly installments. Your first installment is due one month after delivery, and there's nothing to pay on delivery.

The installment price shown for each plan is the total you pay, with no hidden charges. See all installment plans.

Your valid CNIC (clear photos of the front and back), your CNIC number and a mobile number registered in your name. Our team reviews them by hand, usually within a few hours. If your plan isn't approved, you can switch to pay on delivery or get your advance back in full.

When your parcel arrives, you can open it in front of the rider and check everything — the model, colour, storage, the sealed box, the IMEI and the device itself. You only pay the remaining amount once you're sure everything is right.

If something isn't right, simply refuse the parcel and don't pay — your advance is refunded in full under our money-back guarantee.

Your phone is delivered in 1–3 days after your advance payment is verified, anywhere in Pakistan. You'll get the courier name and tracking number the moment it ships.

Yes. Every order is covered by our Money-Back Guarantee. Changed your mind before your order is dispatched? Request a refund of your advance from your order page or account — no questions asked. And if the parcel isn't right when it arrives, refuse it and your advance is refunded in full. See our Refund Policy.

Yes. Every phone we deliver is genuine, brand-new in its sealed box and PTA approved, so it works with all Pakistani SIM cards from day one — no extra registration or tax for you.

Check it at delivery, before you pay the rest:

• The box is sealed, and the model, colour and storage match your order.
• The IMEI on the box matches the phone (dial *#06# or open Settings › About; on a new iPhone, tap ⓘ on the first setup screen).
• The IMEI shows as approved on PTA's DIRBS — or SMS the IMEI to 8484.
• For iPhone, Apple's Check Coverage page recognises the serial number; other brands have their own official warranty check.

If anything doesn't match, refuse the parcel and your advance is refunded in full.

Yes — message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID before your order is dispatched and we'll update it, subject to availability. Any price difference is adjusted in the amount you pay on delivery.
