These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mymart.vip (the "Website") and any order you place with MyMart ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. Orders
You place an order by choosing a model, colour and storage on the Website, choosing how to pay (on delivery or, where offered, in monthly installments), entering your details and paying the advance for that device. You receive an Order ID immediately. Your order is confirmed once we have verified that the advance has been received. All orders are subject to availability, and we may limit the number of devices per customer.
2. Prices and advance payments
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for brand-new, PTA-approved devices and include delivery anywhere in Pakistan. The advance is part of the price, not an extra charge:

The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay for that order. We may change prices for new orders at any time. If a price was displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund of your advance.
3. Payment and verification
- Pay the advance only to the bank / wallet accounts displayed on the Website at checkout. We will never ask you to pay into any other account.
- Upload a clear photo or screenshot of your payment slip. Your order is confirmed and dispatched only after we verify that the advance has been received.
- We may reject a slip that is unclear, incomplete or cannot be matched to a received payment. Submitting a false or edited payment slip will result in cancellation and may be reported to the authorities.
- The remaining amount is paid on delivery, after you have checked your parcel (see section 4).
4. Installment plans
Where a model and storage show a monthly installment plan on the Website, you may choose to pay for it in installments instead of paying the remaining amount on delivery.
- Plan details. Each plan shows the advance, the fixed monthly installment, the number of months and the total installment price (advance + all monthly installments) before you order. These are also shown on your order page and do not change during your plan.
- No hidden charges. The installment price is the full amount you pay under the plan. It may be higher than the price for paying on delivery, which is shown next to it.
- ID verification (KYC). Installment orders require your full name as on your CNIC, your CNIC number, a mobile number registered in your name and clear photos of the front and back of your CNIC. We review them manually and may decline an installment plan if the details cannot be verified. The details you provide must be true and your own — false or someone else's documents will result in cancellation and may be reported to the authorities.
- If your plan is not approved, you may switch your order to paying on delivery or receive your advance back in full.
- Dispatch. Installment orders are dispatched once both the advance and your ID have been verified. Nothing is paid on delivery; you still check your parcel in front of the rider.
- Monthly payments. The first installment is due one month after delivery and the rest on the same date each following month. Pay only to the accounts shown on the Website or your order page and share the payment slip with your Order ID. Your order page shows each due date and the installments received.
- Missed payments. If you cannot pay an installment on time, contact us before the due date. Unpaid installments remain payable, and we may contact you on the phone number and address you provided about them.
5. Check before you pay
When your order arrives you may open the parcel in front of the courier rider and check it before paying the remaining amount. You only pay once you are satisfied that the device is the model, colour and storage you ordered, is brand new in its sealed box and is undamaged.
If the parcel is not right, you may refuse it and not pay the remaining amount. Your advance will then be refunded in full as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered within 1–3 days after the advance has been verified. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
7. Product information and PTA approval
All devices supplied by MyMart are genuine, brand new in the manufacturer's sealed box and PTA approved, and will work with Pakistani SIM cards. Phones are shown in product photos; a phone without a photo yet is shown as an illustration created by MyMart, not a photograph. Actual colours and finishes may vary slightly.
8. Free accessories
Each iPhone 18 order includes a free high-quality screen protector and a free high-quality back cover, delivered with the device. Free accessories for other models, when offered, are shown on the model's page and in your order. Accessory brand and design may vary. Free accessories have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Refunds and money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund of your advance anytime before your order is dispatched, and you may refuse a parcel that is not right at delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
10. Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it (for example due to stock limitations), if the information provided is false, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order for any reason, any amount you have paid will be refunded in full.
11. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Orders placed with the same email address or phone number as your account are automatically shown in your account. Please contact us immediately if you notice any unauthorised activity.
12. Warranty
The warranty applicable to each device is stated on your invoice. Manufacturing faults are handled under those warranty terms.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you have paid us for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays or government restrictions.
14. Trademarks
iPhone and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. Other brand and product names are trademarks of their respective owners. MyMart is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, authorised or endorsed by Apple Inc., Google LLC or any phone maker.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your order applies to that order.
